Freedom of Information: How we make decisions
Papers for the Trust board are available to show decisions made and matters discussed.
Patient and public involvement
We have over 20,000 members of the Trust, made up of local people, patients, carers and staff. Find out more by visiting the members' pages of the website.
You can also read our patient experience strategy, which is our plan for improving patient experiences.

Internal communications guidance
The Trust uses several different methods to share information with staff. Key news items are sent to all staff every Monday morning in a Staff Briefing email. The Staff Briefing email provides links to the Trust's intranet where more detailed information will be available. The Trust's intranet is known as the staffnet and is available to staff using computers on the Trust's network.
Once a month, approximately 90 staff attend a Core Brief meeting where they are given updates from around the Trust. Those 90 staff then make sure this information is passed onto all staff within the Trust by passing it onto line managers to cascade.
