I have worked in the voluntary and community sector for over 25 years as volunteer and paid employee. During this time, I have worked with people of all ages, from all backgrounds as well as with people with sensory, mental and physical disabilities, parish and town councils, sports and community groups. I am currently employed as community support manager with the Isle of Wight Rural Community Council, where I give advice and support to individuals, groups and communities on a range of topics including funding, governance, legal identities and compliance, charity law compliance and consulting communities.
