Jury's Inn Southampton Launches Support for the Red & White Appeal

Staff at Jurys Inn, Southampton have launched their new fundraising initiative to raise money for Southampton Hospital Charity’s Red & White Appeal. The top hotel chain’s Southampton branch have adopted the Red & White Appeal as their chosen Charity of the Year.

The Red & White Appeal aims to raise £2.2 million to create the transplant treatment centre of choice for patients with leukaemia and other blood disorders from Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Wiltshire, Dorset, West Sussex and the Channel Islands.

Jurys Inn, Southampton launched their support for the appeal with a red and white themed Corporate Lunch, allowing the hotel’s employees, friends and clients to celebrate the start of the fundraising drive. A luxury raffle helped to raise funds which will go towards building a new specially designed day case unit for haematology patients at Southampton General Hospital.

Our Corporate Partnership Scheme allows us to build fantastic relationships between Southampton Hospital Charity and local businesses, whilst raising the funds that we need for the Appeal.”

During the forthcoming weeks, staff at Jurys Inn, Southampton, will take part in a wide range of fundraising activities in support of the Red & White Appeal, including the sale of selected bottles of red and white wine, and weekly offers on cakes and pastries, with nominal amounts going to the Red & White Appeal, throughout the month.
