Southampton Hospital Charity's Red & White Appeal| has been boosted to the tune of £1,500 thanks to the fundraising efforts of Mike and Caroline Pearson.
A coffee morning held by the couple raised £1,000. A further £500 has also been kindly donated by Mike's employer SSE Contracting.
The funds raised will go towards a specialist treatment unit for patients with life threatening blood disorders, from across Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Wiltshire, Dorset, West Sussex and the Channel Islands.
