Experience
Dr Ashton-Key has worked for Southampton University Hospitals Trust since November 2003.
I have been a Consultant Histopathologist since 1996, firstly working at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals before moving to Southampton in 2002. I was inspired by haematopathology whilst working as an SHO with Professor Dennis Wright and further developed my expertise at Oxford and UCL. My DM thesis investigated the value of new techniques in lymphoma diagnosis.

I am interested in clinically orientated research with a particular empahsis on immunohistochemistry and lymphomas.
