Training and Education

I graduated from University of Dundee School of Medicine in 1998. My SHO training was in Portsmouth (1999-2003) and my higher medical training in General and Geriatric Medicine was in the wessex region (2004-2009).

Experience

Dr Baxter has worked for Southampton University Hospitals Trust since March 2009. 

I am experienced in the management of frail elderly people, with multiple medical problems. I have extensive experience in assessments of falls and bone health.

Research

I have published a review on the management of  postural hypotension.
I have presented internationally and published on the use of spirometry and inhalers in cognitively impaired people.
