Dr Bourne has worked for Southampton University Hospitals Trust since October 2007.
I am a regular army consultant and have been employed with the Royal Army Medical Core since medical School. I started speciality training in 2000 in the wessex region and studied for a MD into exacerbations of COPD. I Specialise in respiratory disease as a whole, and subspecialise in COPD management.
Research
Key area of research is exacerbations of COPD and the role of bacterial colonisation.
