DM thesis entitled ''Serotonergic Mechanisms in the Upper GI Tract'' at Nottingham University with Professor Robin Spiller. Appointed Consultant Gastroenterologist with a special interest In functional gastrointestinal and motility disorders at the Southampton General Hospital in 2004.
