Experience

Professor Gray has worked for Southampton University Hospitals Trust since April 1988.

Delivering a comprehansive epilepsy surgery service since 2000, including resective and functional surgery including awake craniotomy, cortical mapping, intracranial electrode monitoring, vagus nerve stimulation for both adult and paediatric epilepsy cases.  

Key achievements

Setting up the Epilepsy Surgery Programme in Wessex in 2000; Secretary UK Chapter of the International League against Epilepsy; Awarded a Walport  Training Programme in Academic Neurosurgery

Ainsworth Scholar; Ellison Cliffe Medal RSM; Sir Desmond Pond Fellow
