Dr Marsh has worked for Southampton University Hospitals Trust since September 1998.
Trained in paediatrics, neonatology and paediatric intensive care in London. Appointed Consultant in Paediatric Intensive Care Guy's Hospital in 1995. Came to Southampton 1998 as Director of Paediatric Intensive Care to set up service. In 2006 became Clinical Lead for Paediatrics and 2007 Divisional Clinical Director of Women and Children's Service. In 2009 appointed Acting Medical Director.
