1st Community based Pain Management Programme in UK 2000, Community based Pain Triage Teams 2002, As clinical lead transformation of Pain team to multidisciplinary pain clinic which eliminated long waiting times and has developed innovative ways of helping patients with complex pain problems. Elected member of British Pain Society Council 2006-9. Key role in developing HRGs for pain & competencies for Practitioners with Special interest; member of DH co-ordinating group on musculoskeletal disorders 2006-9,developed national audit programme for pain. Set up pelvic pain clinic 2002-7. Member Southampton City Professional Exceutive Committee 2007 -
