Dr Rubin has worked for Southampton University Hospitals Trust since 1980.

21st year as Consultant Radiologist. 18 years as Director of Southampton and Salisbury Breast Screening Unit. Now director of combined Southampton and Salisbury and Isle of Wight Breast Imaging Units. Also undertake general radiology and ultrasound.

Key achievements

Successful Breast Screening Programme meeting majority of the quality assurance standards. Recovered round-length within 2008. Best national small cancer detection rate 2006-2007.
