Dr Sykes has worked for Southampton University Hospitals Trust since April 2007.
My parent speciality is Paediatrics and I trained both in South Africa and the UK. I completed 4 years of subspecialty training before taking up my current appointment. I am the lead for medical education and training on the unit and am involved nationally with subspecialty training in paediatric intensive care medicine.
