PAS Learning Support for Staff

As part of the on-going support for staff using the new inpatient administration system eCaMIS, a wide selection of learning objects are available to you to access when you need them to support you post go-live. 

After completing your initial training if you need a refresher on a particular process or simply arent sure what option to select or field to complete, these learning objects will allow you to check, without needing to start the whole training from scratch.

e-CAMIS essentials getting started|

These short resources including logging In, system layout and controls, and logging out must be completed before accessing any of the e-learning packages. 

Patient master index part one|

This module must be completed before being able to access further training.

Introduction to the central patient master index, how to search and retrieve a variety of patient information.

Patient master index part two|

Further training on the central patient master index.  How to update a variety of patient information and create a new patient record.

Training on how to request, accept, release and track clinical records.

Admissions|

Training on how to administer patients including creating, amending and cancelling admissions (including elective, pre-elective, emergency and non-emergency patients).
