e-Quest (electronic requesting and results) e-learning

Course description
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
  • login and log out of e-Quest correctly
  • identify patients by hospital number
  • carry out adequate searches to successfully retrieve patients using the Patient Master Index
  • request orders for patients as appropriate
  • acknowledge results in a timely manner as appropriate
  • select and retrieve results as appropriate
  • interpret the main principals of the data protection act
  • explain the importance of data quality in requesting orders and/or retrieving results
