You will be provided with access to a training environment to go through the process of:

booking students onto the course

advising students of the details of attendance

updating student records post course

By the end of the course you will be able to:

understand the structure and terminology of the OLM Catalogue

set-up classes against existing course offerings in the catalogue

book students onto courses and advise them of the attendance details

understand the necessary administrative processes associated with recording and data quality procedures associated with the catalogue
