Oracle Learning Management (OLM) course administration

Course description

You will be provided with access to a training environment to go through the process of:

  • setting up classes
  • booking students onto the course
  • advising students of the details of attendance 
  • running course attendance lists 
  • updating student records post course
 
Aims and outcomes

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • understand the structure and terminology of the OLM Catalogue
  • set-up classes against existing course offerings in the catalogue
  • book students onto courses and advise them of the attendance details
  • run a course attendance list for future courses
  • update student records post course
  • understand the necessary administrative processes associated with recording and data quality procedures associated with the catalogue
 
Target audience

Any member of staff who acts as a course administrator

 
Prerequisites

In order to attend this course you must have successfully attended the Oracle Learning Management (OLM) retrospective recording course|.
