Change management tools and techniques course
Course description
This half day workshop is designed to introduce participants to a model for planning and managing change or managing a project. Diagnostic tools will also be included with the opportunity to practice using some change management tools.
Aims and outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course delegates will be able to:
