Clinical Academy

Course description

Each year a cohort of competitively selected senior individuals – Associates – each undertake a specific project with tangible outputs linked to a given and explicit service improvement, while participating in a programme of leadership development.

The Academy provides a framework of support, development and opportunity, including:

  • facilitated seminars around aspects of leadership development
  • action learning sets: learning through and with others
  • a travel bursary to further investigate an area relevant to their expertise
  • a conference show-casing that cohort’s projects

All submitted projects will be considered for submission for appropriate awards
