Aims and outcomes
This is a six and a half day course, six days held offsite and a half day session on site.
This course is accredited by Solent University and successful students will be awarded 20 CAT points at level five.
Participants will be required to complete an assignment which will be based on various aspects of the course.
Target audience
Any manager who has been in a management position for 18 months, normally has financial and strategic planning responsibilities and has demonstrated the ability to move into middle management.
Prerequisites
At least three weeks notice of cancellation must be given otherwise a charge of £250 will be applied.
Entry criteria:
The course has been defined within the individual's appraisal and is included in their personal development plan (PDP).
Evidence of a completed appraisal within the past 12 months and current PDP will be required.
The learning agreement, supplied by Training and development, must be discussed, completed and returned to them.
The employee has made a commitment to the time required for completion of the assignments to achieve accreditation to the awarding body. This will vary between participants, (8 to 15 hours) and must be completed within four weeks of the last day of the course. Time is allocated to attend all days, fully.
Delegates will be enrolled to the Solent University virtual learning environment to access course material.
