Course description
This course aims to develop the skills needed to co-ordinate a group of employees for the first time.
Aims and outcomes
This course is aimed at positions of day to day supervision with limited management responsibility. (The foundation management course would be suitable where more responsibility is included).
The course can be tailored in response to the particular needs of a group of employees.
Target audience
This course is open to all supervisors, team leaders or chargehands who are new to the position or existing staff who need to develop their supervisory skills.
