This course consists of a combination of theoretical and practical exercises.
Aims and outcomes
This course is designed for members of staff needing to obtain the appropriate knowledge and skills for effective involvement in the recruitment and selection procedure, either as a chair or panel member. This course replaces the separate chair and panel courses and is open to all staff.
Target audience
All staff involved in the recruitment and selection process, either as chair or panel member.
