Course description
This course will be uniquely designed to address any particular challenges a team is facing and introduces a model of 'high performance teams' which will be used to produce a development plan for the team.
Aims and outcomes
The facilitator will meet with the team leader to agree the objectives.
Problems may include:

lack of commitment to the team goal

ineffective communication

lack of trust

poor or ineffective leadership

friction between members
-
a feeling of 'being stuck'
Target audience
Teams facing change or challenges.
NB This course is not suitable for individuals, the whole team must attend. Team leaders only please apply and the facilitator will contact you to discuss.
