Time management and delegation

Course description

This course will help managers, supervisors or team leaders analyse how they currently spend their time at work and to devise methods of freeing up time by delegating or rescheduling.

This time management course also offers guidance on how to prioritise activities by assessing their urgency and importance, how to minimise interruptions to the working day and how to set objectives and monitor progress towards achieving them.

 
Aims and outcomes
Knowing how to get the most from each working day is an asset to any manager or team leader so good time management will ensure the efficient performance of the team as a whole.
 
Target audience

This course is open to all managers, supervisors and team leaders who feel they would benefit from being able to improve their time management and delegation skills.
