This course aims to provide training to nurses involved in the safe transfer of critically ill children:

to departments within the hospital eg , x-ray, MRI, and CT

back to their local hospital

registering new patients

creating patient labels

raising case notes

inputting referrals

booking appointments
Target audience
Post registration one year PICU nurses
Prerequisites
One year PICU experience and one supervised transfer competency.
