Aims and outcomes

To support staff in reducing HCAI through improved knowledge, understanding and application of RCA for HCAI.

To equip staff with the competencies they require to be an effective participant in the RCA process.

 
Target audience

Staff who undertake or contribute to HCAI-RCA investigations in the workplace e.g. matrons, clinicians, ward or dept leaders, infection leads.
