Your induction day

Your Induction Day is run at the beginning of every month by in the Education Centre, South Academic Block. Please view the Induction Programme table below to see dates and start times. In order to ensure the smooth running of the Induction Day, please ensure that you arrive promptly and keep to the allotted time slots.

Please note that hard copies are only provided for those documents that require authorisation or signatures.

Remember to bring your Induction Checklist to your Induction Day for signing off as well as photographic ID (e.g. Passport, driving licence) and your SMART card. When you register on your Induction day at UHSFT, please advise the administrator at Registration if you are likely to undertake Exposure Prone Procedures.

Induction Days are run on the first Wednesday of each month:

• 4 January 2012 - Lecture room B 
• 1 February 2012 - Lecture room A
• 7 March 2012 -  Lecture room A
• 4 April 2012 - Lecture room A
• 2 May 2012 - Lecture room A
• 6 June 2012 - Tutorial room 2 
• 4 July 2012 - Tutorial room 2

Registration time 7.45am prompt in the rooms indicated above, Education Centre, Level C, South Academic Block.

Finishing time approximately 4pm.
