Your Induction Day is run at the beginning of every month by in the Education Centre, South Academic Block. Please view the Induction Programme table below to see dates and start times. In order to ensure the smooth running of the Induction Day, please ensure that you arrive promptly and keep to the allotted time slots.
A full Doctors' Induction Pack is presented online below. If you have problems viewing the PDF documents on this page, please visit the Adobe Reader link (See Also window, right).
Please note that hard copies are only provided for those documents that require authorisation or signatures.
Remember to bring your Induction Checklist to your Induction Day for signing off as well as photographic ID (e.g. Passport, driving licence) and your SMART card. When you register on your Induction day at UHSFT, please advise the administrator at Registration if you are likely to undertake Exposure Prone Procedures.
