Newly Qualified Nurses Trust Induction welcomes newly qualified nurses to (UHSFT). It covers information about (UHSFT) and sets out the foundations of mandatory training which can then be built upon by local induction in the new employee's work area.
The objects of this course are:

To welcome newly qualified nurses to the Trust

To give general information about the Trust

To give some of the information about (UHSFT) that employees need to settle more quickly and safely into their new role

To provide information concerning Trust procedures e.g. Fire, Health and Safety, Chaplaincy, Governance, Security, Data Protection, Counter Fraud, Infection Control, Customer Service, MEWS and Library Services

Newly qualified nurses Trust Induction also gives new staff the opportunity to meet staff from other areas of the Trust
