Everyone working at UHS needs to be encouraged and enabled to develop in their interpersonal and management skills. This is essential if the Trust is to develop, face each new challenge and embrace the inevitable changes that result from the dynamic nature of acute healthcare. 

We offer classroom-based, group and one-to-one training and development including externally-accredited management and leadership programmes, use of pyschometric tools and outdoor team exercises.
