The next education rolling half-day will be held on Thursday, 14 June. It is recognised that not all staff will be able to access all rolling half-days but every effort should be made to release as many staff from the workplace as possible. Staff are not entitled to a half-day education day in lieu if they are not able to be released but managers should make every effort to try and enable all staff to attend over a period of time during the year.
A number of training sessions have been arranged for the next half-day, and any staff not attending local training are invited to attend.
-
If you are more than 5 minutes late for a session you will need to attend the next one as you would not have been present for the whole session
-
This is a reduced clinical service day
-
As these rolling half-days are now established, they are increasingly well attended
-
Booking is not always necessary for the majority of sessions. Please check programme for details
-
Rooms have limited capacity (especially the Education Centre and Clinical Skills rooms) and once full no one else will be admitted
-
Sessions start promptly, so include time for registration - please be punctual.
