Channel Islands Liaison
The Channel Island Team consists of Sister Sheena Tippen, Sister Ann Buchanan and administrative clerk Susan Crocker. Sheena and Ann both have an extensive nursing background and have been appointed in association with The Channel Island Health Authorities and University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.
Sheena and Ann act as a link for patients and their families who have been admitted to this hospital and are a friendly face to support patients and their relatives whilst in Southampton.
Sheena and Ann also help with social and welfare needs in ensuring the recovery support is in place when the patients return to the Channel Islands (such as district nursing).
Ann and Sheena are on duty Monday to Friday from 8am until 4pm and can be contacted on the following numbers:
