Advice and guidance. This allows you to have a dialogue with secondary care clinicians on the management of your patients. We currently offer this service for Gastrointestinal (GI) Medicine, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology and Orthopedics. We are aiming to broaden the number of specialties that offer advice and guidance, and will keep you informed of our progress.

A much better patient experience. Choose and Book allows your patients to choose their appointment at a time and place convenient to them - as well as having the choice of booking the appointment on the spot in the surgery or on the phone or internet later at home.

A greater audit trail. You can keep track of your patients and their appointments through the system (which isn't possible when making a paper referral).
