GPs are asked to fill in a SUHT checklist| for procedures requiring the administration of bowel preparation agents.
This prescription checklist must accompany any patient being referred for examinations requiring bowel preparation. This procedure is in compliance with the NPSA rapid response report on reducing harm from bowel cleansing solutions.
