Respiratory high dependency unit

Description
Our high dependency unit has nine beds, and is located off ward D6 in the west wing. We're a critical care ward, which means we look after patients who are severely unwell with respiratory problems.

Respiratory system

Description
The respiratory tract is the system that allows you to breathe air into your lungs and back out again. The Cardiothoracic services, Primary Ciliary dyskinesia facilities and Respiratory Centre all contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of the respiratory system.
