Patient satisfaction survey
The Haemophilia Society is working with the UK Haemophilia Centre Doctors’ Organisation (UKHCDO) to audit the various centres around the country.
Since 1993 haemophilia comprehensive care centres have been audited every three years. This is to check that the centres are meeting the standards which are defined in the national service specification, and has proved to be one of the most valuable tools for negotiating improved resources and services for patients with bleeding disorders.
As part of the audit process we would be very grateful if you could spare a few moments of your time to complete an online survey set up by the UKHCDO.
This feedback will be used by auditors who will visit the centre to help improve the haemophilia service provided here at Southampton.
