Breast reconstruction
There are various options for breast reconstruction, and these can be discussed with members of the team.
In Southampton dedicated breast reconstructive and oncoplastic clinics are held twice a month at the Princess Anne Hospital. These are run jointly by consultant breast cancer surgeons with a special interest in breast reconstructive and oncoplastic surgery, and consultant plastic surgeons with a special interest in breast surgery.
Referral to these clinics can be made internally via any member of the Southampton breast team or by a GP referral letter to the breast unit.
