Patient Services
Countess Mountbatten House (CMH) provides a wide range of services for patients with advancing cancer and their families. We see more patients per year than any other hospice and have twenty-five years experience and expertise to help us give patients the best possible service we can.
There are Physiotherapy| facilities, a dedicated Bereavement service| and Inpatient| services available, along with Community home care services|, Social work| services and Hospital care| facilities.
We are particularly pleased to help other Health Care Professionals - in hospital and the community - develop their own interest and skills in delivering good palliative care for their patients. By doing this, we try to help the population of cancer patients as a whole and not offer only a "bit of heaven" for the few that are admitted to CMH.
