Thomas Armstrong

Mr Tom Armstrong, consultant surgeon

Mr Armstrong is a consultant general surgeon who joined the Trust in 2010. He has a particular interest and expertise in managing NETs. He's the clinical lead of the Wessex NET group and led the successful application for recognition as a European Centre of Excellence for the treatment of NETs. He's a member of the UKI NETS clinical practice committee and regularly lectures on surgical managements of NETs.

Mr John Knight, consultant colorectal and NET surgeon 

Mr Knight is a consultant colorectal surgeon who joined the Trust in 2008. He has a particular interest and expertise in managing patients with NETs affecting the small intestine, appendix, colon and rectum. He is a member of UKI NETS.

Neil Pearce

Mr Neil Pearce, chairman of NET multidisciplinary team

Mr Pearce is a consultant gastrointestinal surgeon who joined the Trust in 2002. He specialises in surgery to treat liver, pancreatic and biliary cancer, and often performs complex and high-risk abdominal surgery.
