Tasked with staying up to date with latest developments in resuscitation techniques – and as emergency responders to every cardiac arrest in the Trust – the team has considerable experience in resuscitation.
Their expertise is widely drawn on by healthcare professionals inside and outside the Trust. They run regional training courses in paediatric and adult resuscitation techniques, including the most advanced methods.
They also continually audit and monitor the Trust's resuscitation record. With a wide overview of success rates, they are able to target education to improve resuscitation skills in certain areas.
