Maternity services survey 2017
The local maternity system that covers Southampton, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Portsmouth (SHIP) is working to improve services and outcomes for mother and baby.
To inform their understanding of these services, Wessex Voices are asking recent visitors to complete an online survey. The organisation have created two surveys - one for women who have given birth, and one for birthing partners.
The surveys are aiming to hear from those who have had a baby in the last 12 months. These experiences will be collated to give an overview of the local services on offer. Wessex Voices are also seeking feedback about the first 10 days after birth.
Findings and outcomes from this research will be published in a report that is to be released in October 2017.
