Undertaking a holistic programme of service improvement which has improved the patient pathway from the way we book patients through pre assessment and on to admissionand discharge.

Reducing the incidence of MRSA bacteraemia within the care group.

Improving our performance in surgical site infections for hips and knees so that performance is now in the upper quartile nationally.
