Progress reports and study closure
When the study is completed, please take the appropriate action:
If SUHT/UoS is the lead/only study site, go to the
end of project and final report| section on the NRES website for the appropriate end of study form. This form must submitted to the local REC, with a copy sent to the R&D Office.
If SUHT/UoS is NOT the lead study site, contact the lead site for the end of study declaration. A copy needs to be sent to the R&D Office.
If the study finishes at SUHT/UoS before it has finished at the lead site, please send proof that the study has finished at SUHT/UoS, such as a letter from the study sponsor.
