Should you ever need guidance or advice, the Citizens Advice Bureau is there to help you. They provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on all manner of things such as laws and rights, tax, education and benefits.

Employee assistance programme (EAP)

The employee assistance programme (EAP) is available to all staff and their partners and children (aged 16 to 21) who are living at the same address. It is free to use 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The EAP offers a range of support and advice including emotional support, counselling and legal and debt advice. They can help with both personal and workplace issues. 

You can access the service yourself, or your manager may refer you to the service.
