As lead clinical educator, Norma caters for the education and training needs of staff in the facility, NIHR Biomedical Research Centre and NIHR Respiratory BRU, supporting the wider research nursing teams to undertake high quality research in line with good clinical practice (ICH GCP), developing evidence based nursing practice.
