The Abreast of Health study is a collaborative study by University Hospital Southampton, University of Southampton and the Medical Research Council, alongside Breast Cancer Now and Soberistas.
The study is on alcohol awareness and breast cancer prevention, and we’re looking for people who would like to be involved in the development of an intervention to help empower women to make healthy lifestyle choices.
If this is you, join us at our introductory event on 13 July at the University of Southampton. We’ll explain the aims of the study and give an overview of how you could help shape this research as a member of our patient and public involvement panel.
For more information or to register for the event, see the event page. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us at abreastofhealth@southampton.ac.uk or visit the study's website.
