Trust board

The Trust Board consists of executive directors and non-executive directors including the chief executive, and is led by the chair. More information about members of the Trust board can be found here.

Trust Board sets strategies, plans and budgets, manages the staff and services of the Trust, and upholds stakeholder partnerships.

Trust Board meetings are held as scheduled and members of the public can usually attend them subject to pandemic restrictions that remain in place at UHS.
