The National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) funds the following members of the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust and University of Southampton partnership: NIHR Southampton Biomedical Research Centre and NIHR Wellcome Trust Southampton Clinical Research Facility. In collaboration with Cancer Research UK, the NIHR also funds the NIHR CRUK Experimental Cancer Medicine Centre and NIHR CRUK University of Southampton Clinical Trials Unit.
