They also describe the central role the facility plays in local and national networks, in commercial relationships, and in the training of research staff.

Nicky joined the Clinical Research Facility as an Operations Manager in March 2019 having worked for the NHS for over 20 years as a Business Manager for a Mental Health Trust and then a Contracts Manager at a Hospital trust in East Sussex.  Having achieved an MBA in 2017, and relocating to the area, Nicky's previous skills and experience are an invaluable asset to the Operations Manager role.
