Experience

Miss Sonnenberg is a general vascular surgeon who has trained both in the UK and abroad. She has been a consultant since 2011. She has extensive experience with endovascular (minimally invasive) and open surgery for a broad range of arterial and venous (vein) conditions.

Research

Miss Sonnenberg's research includes:

• research on the genetic background of vascular disease
• publication of both clinical and academic articles
• book chapters in Metabolic Syndrome Research Trends and Genetic Endocrinology of the Metabolic Syndrome.
