Meet the team (clinical neurophysiology)
Consultant clinical neurophysiologists
Our consultants perform complex electromyography/nerve conduction studies. They report on these tests, and on a variety of tests performed by our healthcare scientists. They attend multi-disciplinary team meetings for adult and paediatric services within the Trust and regionally to discuss video-telemetry EEG (electroencephalogram) cases we perform here at UHS. Our consultants perform continuing professional development related duties to keep up-to-date with current innovation and development of the service, with our patients in mind.

They help with stock that comes in, and make sure that our consultants and scientists have everything they need.
