Early pregnancy and gynaecology assessment unit

The early pregnancy unit and the gynaecology assessment unit specialise in caring for women experiencing gynaecological or early pregnancy concerns. We take referrals from GPs and the emergency department by a process of booked appointments. 300 to 350 pregnant women are assessed in early pregnancy unit each month, either by a nurse or a doctor if required. Women suffering from severe morning sickness are also seen and treated on a day care basis in this unit.

We are open from 8.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am to 6.30pm on Saturdays and bank holidays.
